We are the one stop shop for companies requiring low cost representation and administration in Australia. We normally suggest a company registered in Australia to achieve this. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) requires a physical (not a postbox) address, also a resident (lives in Australia) Secretary/Director. Other Secretaries and Directors can reside overseas. All shares can be held by overseas shareholders (for your control of the company). Our office fills these functions for an annual fee for a range of overseas (international) clients.
